Action Service Network incorporates 13 Companies (21 depots) covering the whole of New Zealand. They compromise of all Volvo, Truck, Bus and Construction dealers.                           

The primary purpose of the group is to standardise and maintain excellent customer service throughout the country. The 11 Dealer Principals meet on a regular basis to move forward in standardising their current procedures and to learn from each other in business practises. Just one of the things they are doing is training a representative from each of the dealers to facilitate Customer Service training workshops.                                                                                                

Forming ASN has been no easy task and we are still at the begining of the journey.                  

However, good progress is being made.
