Manufactured from PVC tubing, the LL002 Junior GEO GYM has been developed with the younger children in mind.  It incorporates the basic geometric shapes, triangles, pentagons and circles making it fun to play on and a potential teaching tool as well.

The tubing used in the manufacturing process has been especially formulated to protect it against harsh Ultra Violet Light and to gain maximum strength whilst retaining a certain amount of flexibility. 

The complete weight of the GYM is approximately 10-kg, so it is easily moved, although for additional stability, it can be pegged down using tent pegs.

The GEO GYM comes in kit-set form with comprehensive assembly and maintenance instructions.

The LL002 Junior GEO GYM is 1.8-m in diameter and 1.28-m high and is suitable for children aged 2 – 7 years old.  The recommended maximum weight at the top of the gym is 100 kg and maximum weight on an individual strut is 25 kg.

Special Requirements.

The LL002 Junior GEO GYM has been independently tested by Materials & Testing Laboratories Ltd for strength and certified to NZ Standard NZS 5828:2004 as required by the Dept of Education. A copy of the Certificate of Compliance will be supplied with every new LL002 Geo sold after 31st July 2009. (Date of issue)

Check with The Early Childhood Association or your Local District Council for the correct Playground Surfacing Specifications and requirements.  Your Geo Gym must be sighted on an approved safety surface.

When positioning your Geo Gym, ensure there is a Fall Zone of 1.5m around the base of the Gym.  Detailed information on the Fall Zone is contained in the Assembly Instructions.

To maintain the integrity of the Geo Gym and to ensure its continued compliance, it is recommended that only genuine LL002 Junior Geo Gym parts are used.
