We offer a very special place set in rambling country gardens, for a delightful stay in the Manawatu.

When we purchased our 15 acre property in 1982 Richard and I set about building our family Homestead, developing the land and then later building our lodge, while raising 4 children.

Misfortune hit in February 2004 when the flood broke the stop banks of the nearby Oroua river and our land and buildings were engulfed in over 1 meter of water and silt.

Since then we have moved on and in the true kiwi spirit have rebuilt back to our original country lifestyle.
