IN WATER and the name Pauwai describing the style of flower arranging were influenced by Nicci Stewart-Baddeley's Maori heritage and her first roots with New Zealand. A direct descendent of the Ngati Huia Tribe. To give the flower style a Maori name seemed appropriate. Pauwai broken down means bloom or blossom and water. We specialise in fresh flowers displayed in a contemporary style, designed for you to present in a vase style of your choice. Every week we create another flower design for the vase you have chosen.
