Why should I hire a bouncy castle from Incredible Castles?
It is a well known fact that kids love Disney©. Your children will have the time of their lives bouncing on a castle that brightly displays characters from their favourite books and movies. Your party or event will be transformed into a memorable occasion that your children will rave about for weeks. Our castles have a built in roof that keeps the sun off your children while they are having fun. The safety meshed sides allow the air to circulate through while you can watch them having fun.
Who is responsible for delivery and setup of the bouncy castle?
We deliver, set up and dismantle our castles free of charge as part of our complete service to you. Bouncy castles are only offered within the Auckland area. Deliveries to remote locations may incur an extra fee.
What safety features do your castles offer?
Unlike many other bouncy castles on the market that have open front or sides, Disney© castles offer full safety meshing which makes it almost impossible for your child to fall out. They also have a correctly designed entrance way to ensure a safe entry or exit. Firm anchoring eliminates the risk of a castle tipping over. The bouncy castles have been carefully constructed to meet and exceed the criteria set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
What happens once I have booked a castle?
Once a booking has been made you are added to our confirmed register. You will receive a call from us a day before the booking day to confirm your delivery time.
How and when do I make payment?
Although we do not require a deposit, a cash payment is required on delivery and set up of the bouncy castle.
What happens if it is windy?
As our bouncy castles are anchored firmly they can operate on a breezy day, however if the winds are too strong we may be forced to cancel your hire (although this only happens on rare occasions).
Does the castle have to be set up on grass only?
No. Although it is preferable to anchor the bouncy castle into a grass lawn, castles can be set up on concrete surfaces but advanced notice of this is necessary as alternative weighting is required. Castles can not be set up on stony or rocky surfaces.
Can the bouncy castles be set up indoors?
In some circumstances, yes. The castles range from 4m x 4m to 5m x 5m in size and are approximately 4 ‑ 4.5m in height.
Are there any special requirements?
Bouncy castles cannot be set up near power lines, over hanging trees or sharp objects. An electrical power socket must be supplied to power the electric inflating blower that must run at all times.
