The Tarot is a tool for self-understanding and personal development.It is a language of symbols, with each symbol having multiple meanings. Kay's readings and workshops enable each person to make informed choices with the emphasis on empowering the querent and viewing possible to probable futures rather than Fortune-Telling.

Kay holds regular series of workshops to teach this ancient art, beginning with six a month apart to allow for practice and absorption. In addition she holds in depth workshops for those who desire to study the Tarot in more detail. These lead on to a study of the Kabbalah, the Hebrew Alphabet and the Tree of Life.

 

The Syllabus for the six "Level One" workshops is as follows:

Day One: The Major Arcana using the Waite-Smith deck.

Day Two: The Major Arcana , numerology and discovering one's Personality and Soul numbers.

Day Three: The Minor Arcana: Wands and Cups.

Day Four: The Minor Arcana: Swords and Pentacles.

Day Five: The Court Cards .

Day Six: Full deck readings using the Celtic Cross.

Tarot Decks: We recommend and stock the Radiant Waite-Smith deck as a beginner's deck. There are a number of other decks  available which are also based on the original Rider-Waite-Smith deck such as the Gilded Tarot, the Druidcraft Tarot and the Tarot of the Old Path.
