Why Electric Heat Pump Systems?

Heat Pumps are quite simple. They are, in effect air conditioning systems. They have an outside unit for the compressor which draws warmth in from outside air. The warmth is then pumped through your home or office powered by a fan mounted to your internal wall. In the summer the reverse happens, warm air from inside is transferred outside.

The Electric Heat pumps we install are capable of transferring up to 3kW of heat into a space while only using 1kW of energy. Typically it provides 3 or more times as much heat as a normal electric space heater would provide with the same amount of electricity input.
