Being a smaller concern, I can give a higher class of service. The training, experience level and attitude of your serviceman is a most important factor.

There are unscrupulous people masquerading as 'experts' in the pest control industry, charging unfair prices and using cheap, nasty chemicals. Many simply don't have the expertise required to achieve adequate levels of control.
