The yacht is located in Auckland New Zealand giving easy access to the sailing grounds of Hauraki Gulf.

For those charterers with a little more experience there is the Northland coast and the Bay of Islands. The boat could also be delivered to the Bay of Islands and made ready for your cruise back to Auckland.

Experience Required

For Bare boat Chartering the skipper must hold a recognised qualification in Seamanship.

For the inexperienced or those wanting a laid back cruise a skipper can be provided.

Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

The Maritime Park is one of the worlds largest and most beautiful charter areas. The Hauraki Gulf has numerous islands with many safe anchorage's within easy sail of each other. On Waiheke Island the sailor can enjoy secluded beaches or dine out at one of the Cafes or Wineries. A little further afield the attractive islands and anchorage's of the Coromandel provide something for everyone, fishing, diving, shopping or just lazing on the beach.

The unspoilt beauty of Great Barrier Island is on the North Eastern side of the Gulf. The West Coast of the island has many sheltered anchorage's with excellent diving, fishing and walks through the native forest. Other options include exploring the beaches and walk on the other islands such as Rangitoto and Kawau or enjoying a round round of golf on Pakatoa Island.

Whichever the wind blows there is always a secluded and safe anchorage to explore.
