"I moved to the UK in 2005 and needed to rent out my house in a hurry. Mike came highly recommended so I handed over the keys and haven't missed a days rent since. He is great at finding tenants and keeping them. I have been absent for 4 years now and have not had a single problem that Mike has been unable to rectify (unlike property managers on this side of the world!). When property issues have arisen he has examined all options and made everything so easy for me to deal with. The house has had regular plumbing fixes and even full external painting which Mike managed for me - it is just too easy!
