  1. If you have provided your credit card details above, we can process your reservation immediately. This form will confirm that you have submitted your reservation. You will then be contacted and your reservation confirmed, [by the method you stated above] within the normal constraints of weekday business hours. (If you want to confirm a booking less than 48 hours from your arrival, please phone us instead we have a Free phone number for reservations.)
  2. If you elect to fax/phone, or mail your credit card details please understand that the reservation only applies once those details have been received by us.
  3. Online reservations with a credit card are for the purpose of a bond to reserve your room/bed. The card will be debited only in the case of a cancellation less than 24 hours to the reservation date.
