Q.  Why do I need to transition?
A. 
Yellow Pages Group Ltd have strengthened the SiteBuilder website and hosting service by appointing Yodel New Zealand as the preferred supplier for web hosting services.  Yodel NZ has the expertise and experience to better provide you with website hosting and support. 

Q.  What will happen to my website when I transition?
A.  Nothing will happen to your website. You will still be able to make changes through www.sitebuilder.co.nz and the only difference will be that your website hosting will be billed for and supported by Yodel New Zealand.

Q.  Who is Yodel New Zealand?
A.  Yodel New Zealand is the website services division of FulfilNET.  They have been providing website services to Yellow Pages Group for over 7 years and have the experience and expertise to continue to grow and support your SiteBuilder website.

Q.  How much will it cost to transition?
A.  There are no hidden costs in transitioning. The only costs involved are the hosting fees. Visit www.sitebuilder.co.nz to find out more or to sign up to the new hosting plan.

Q.  What will happen to my Yellow online listing?
A.  Your listing priority will stay the same as it does today.  Your Sales Representative will contact you shortly to discuss your priority listing.

Q.  Do I need to decide if I would like to continue having a Sitebuilder website, or will I automatically continue to receive this service?
A.  If you pay for this service on a monthly basis, you will need to decide if you would like Yodel to continue to support your website by 1 October 2007.  For customers who have paid in advance for an extended period, you will continue to be support by Yodel under your current terms until the end of your contract.  At that time Yodel will contact you to discuss your options moving forward.

Q.  I do not want to transition online – is there another way to do it?
A. 
Yes. You can either speak to a Yodel representative or you can email a representative from Yodel and you will be called within 24 hours, should you wish to contact, Yodel directly please call 0800 252 932.

Q.  Can I keep my domain name?
A.   Yes you can. If you don’t have your own domain name Yodel will be able to register one for you for $60.00 (inc. GST) for 1 year.

Q.  I would like to add pages or make changes to my website?  Who do I contact?
A.   For updates and additions to your website contact Yodel on 0800 252 932.  Please note that additional charges apply and will be charged to you by Yodel.

SiteBuilder websites that are currently in the process of being created will be completed by Yellow Pages Group.
